WE DO NO EXCAVATING, BUILDING PERMITS, ZONING OR GOVERNMENT SEARCHES
Generally a building permit is not required. If your area does not require one, it will be your responsibility to acquire one. Also, make sure your area allows detached buildings. Site must be clean and clear of trees, brush and animal waste.

WARRANTY
We will warrant each unit against manufacturing defects and workmanship for three years from date of purchase, and will replace or repair the affected item. free of charge. To avoid needless repair expense and get the best service from your new storage building, please follow the "Customer Maintenance Tips" below.

Customer Maintenance Tips
Your Custom built storage building is constructed like your house, therefore it requires the same maintenance. The Building should be painted within 30 days after erection, with the door being painted on all six sides (Front, Back, Edges). Trim all vegetation from the outside of the building to allow air to circulate underneath the building. Apply caulking above windows, door and all horizontal trim.
